We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, so in cases of force majeure (events beyond our control), we are open to discussing full refunds. Please note that our flexible cancellation policy is primarily intended for situations where safety is a concern.
Cancellation fees:
Cancellations made at least 60 days before the trip will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the trip will receive no refund..
Yes, each boat is equipped with a toilet for your convenience.
Yes, it’s possible to have shaded areas covering from 30% to 60% of the surface. You can adjust this according to your preferences.
Good sleep and staying hydrated, among other factors, can help prevent seasickness. Catamarans are more stable than sailboats, minimizing the chance of feeling unwell.
Private full-day trips offer more flexibility, including the possibility to sail to Formentera. For half-day or shared trips, we only sail around Ibiza island.
Absolutely! Private trip options are available if you prefer exclusive use of the boat.
Most of our boats accommodate 6-10 people, with exceptions available. We can also arrange multiple boats for larger groups. Contact us if this is your case!
Yes! You can join our shared trips where individuals or couples can experience sailing alongside other travelers. Find more info here about these and all our trips.
Private trips offer catering options aboard. You can also dine in a restaurant or bring your own provisions. For shared trips, we don’t serve meals onboard. However, you’re welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks on board.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to extend your stay and experience the magic of sleeping aboard our vessels for as many nights as you’d like. Explore more information about this unique experience here.
Our cozy cabins are equipped with hot showers and clean sheets to enhance your comfort during your overnight trip. You can also cook onboard! We provide basic cooking facilities, including a stove, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils. If you prefer, you can request our Cook and Stewardess service for an additional fee.
All our boats meet legal and compliant requirements for safety equipment, including life jackets, first aid kits, radios, GPS navigation, dinghies, life rafts, and firefighting equipment. Your safety is our top priority.
